Innoflex Group, ANOMA HoldCo’s industrial company and a Moroccan manufacturer of polyurethane foam and bedding, announced a minority fundraising of MAD 200 million. CDG Invest Growth contributes MAD 110 million; the remaining MAD 90 million is subscribed by other financial partners.
Three priorities to scale up
- A new production unit equipped with advanced automated technologies, to increase capacity and productivity.
- Stronger governance for the group, in line with its new size.
- Commercial acceleration into new markets, especially automotive and premium hospitality.
A MAD 140 million investment agreement
In parallel, Innoflex signed a MAD 140 million investment agreement under the Kingdom of Morocco’s Investment Charter, as part of its industrial investment programme.
An integrated model, from factory to end customer
Founded in 2014 by Mohamed El Yacoubi, Innoflex ranks among the top three national manufacturers in its sector, with two industrial units in operation. The group controls its entire value chain: foam production, mattress manufacturing, sales to professionals and consumers — notably through the Moul Pounj store network and the online brand Enia.
Innoflex Group was advised by Majorelle Capital (financial advisor) and ADNA (legal counsel). The transaction was announced subject to approval by Morocco’s Competition Council.
