At 25, Mohamed El Yacoubi founded ANOMA HoldCo with MAD 100,000 of capital and one conviction: a major industrial group can be built from Morocco.
In nine years, he took Innoflex Group into the top three Moroccan manufacturers of polyurethane foam and mattresses. Starting from a 400 m² workshop in Casablanca, the group has invested relentlessly in its plants and people, and now employs 450.
With no prior retail experience, he then rolled out the Moul Pounj network — more than 40 stores — and launched Enia, an online mattress brand. In parallel, he began building an industrial land reserve to support the group’s upcoming projects.
In 2026, Innoflex Group raised MAD 200 million with CDG Invest Growth to scale up: a new automated plant, stronger governance, new markets.
His ambition for ANOMA HoldCo: to build, acquire and grow leading companies in important, structuring sectors, in Morocco and across Africa.
